Hi! I want to start by saying I am so happy to have found your books! I am a Kindergarten teacher in Seattle at a school that has a large population of East African students. I have been trying to increase representation of African and Black students in my classroom library so I was so happy to buy your books! With that being said, I think that there is too much text in each of the books for most of my students to ever read in the primary grades of elementary school. Some even seem too long for me to use as a read a loud. I would love to see some of your books written with K-2 grades in mind so my students could also independently read the books.
